3. Steps to Be Performed

3.1 Download

AsterismThe CDN operated by Thoth provides monthly order data via their backend as CSV.

In the left menu, goaccess to Homeour SelectPDF thefiles pertinent(books.punctumbooks.com). dateThe rangeCDN Clickalso "Exportgenerates Orderusage Data"metrics. They

are provided on a quarterly basis by Javi from Thoth Open Metadata until an automated system is developed.

3.2 Clean

• Appenddelete 1the column toevent_uri

in work_uri, remove the left,DOI addprefixes dateand in.1.00 YYYY-MM-01at the end such that only the PBN remains (make sure the format is set to "Text" to preserve the initial zero) Deletedouble check that all rowsPBNs upare tocorrect (with initial zero) delete the listrows ofwith ISBNsthe other publishers

3.3 Upload

• Upload to the phpMyAdmin table "Asterism"Thoth_CDN"
