# Generate Quarterly Report

At the end of each quarter, enter the numbers from **Reports > Profit and Loss > Last Quarter** from Quickbooks into the [prognosis Google spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zAcXgaJ-iOnON0M5BHamb_QJsBdT-JXe9ZSF9li1QuM/edit#gid=0).
